Each card is drawn just for you. ✨
For every member, we shuffle a full deck and pull one card at random — the one that’s meant to find you this month. Every subscriber has an equal chance of receiving any card, making each envelope completely unique.
You’ll be charged monthly based on when you signed up.

We mail all envelopes on the 25th of each month.
Once it’s in the hands of Canada Post, delivery times vary depending on what province or territory you live in.
According to Canada Post mail delivery standards:
- 2 business days for your local area
- 3 business days within your province
- 4 business days across Canada
- 7+ business days internationally
We ship from Ottawa and most of our members receive their mail within 3-7 business days
Of course! Life (and mailboxes) change — simply fill out this form, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We don’t offer tracking — every envelope is sent through traditional postage mail. Think of it as a little surprise from the universe, arriving right when you need it most.
If your letter hasn’t arrived within a couple of weeks, please reach out to us so we can help. We’ll do our best to make sure your month’s magic still makes it to your mailbox.
